Since you're overclocking, probably look for a better board for the 4790k - one that doesn't have an anaemic VRM stage like the Giga Z97M-D3H above, and maybe a better PSU (Corsair CS is entry level AFAIK).

Rest seems alright.

You can keep an eye out on this thread : https://www.techenclave.com/community/threads/amazon-india-lightning-deals.176126/ , since I hear there was a good deal for the Asus Z97 Sabertooth board as well.

Can you please provide me a link for Seasonic X-650. my search comes up to 14k cheapest.

I could've sworn this was in stock when I posted yesterday afternoon! o_O
Perhaps wait a day or two to see if returns, or try the main distributor : http://www.overclockerszone.com/sea...ular-power-supply-with-80-gold-certification/

Alternatively if you're not looking at modular cables (I assumed you were from the CS750M), you can try the Seasonic S12G 650 with hardwired cables which should be close enough to the X performance wise.

i would also suggest a seasonic if you're overclocking.
the worst seasonic psu available is still leagues ahead of any mainstream corsair psu.

the best one of the above is the s12g 650 watt (second link) as it has the highest eff. rating.
the next best one would be the m12. while it's only bronze rated it's a modular design so cable clutter is easier to manage.
