Help for broadband (Pune)

Hi I have just moved to Pune for my job I have to take a braodband connection which can give me gud browsing speeds, downloading torrents at night and most important of all i don't want to get a telephone line drawn coz im staying here for a temporary basis and wil move to a new flat in Pune after 3 months.
Plz suggest me something[ISP+plan] which I can pack and move. I know about the tata indicom USB stick but i think that gives poor browsing speeds and will be too expensive.

In this case you are better off with Reliance wimax broadband, slightly higher rates than comparable VSNL plan but the wimax will let you move wherever you want.
 
Thx for the suggestion of reliance wimax. Can u tell me a bit abt the tariff plans available and where to get the wimax connection. is reliance web world do that ? How gud is the connectivity with reliance wimax, have u used it ?
also is there some initial investment.

I haven't used it however one of my relative has it. The connectivity is decent and reliable, however the customer care as usual sucks bigtime. There is some initial investment for the equipment, i m not aware of the exact amount. The tariffs could be obtained from Reliance Communications.

wat customer service? :bleh: they all suck. n i ve friends cursing everything from hathway to you telecom :P

I have both tata n reliance, and both customer service is nothin to write home about :no:
