Help for bsnl 3g on motorola atrix

Help for bsnl 3g

Hi I am from india.and I just recently got this device unlocked from london.i used it with airtel with no problem as internet settings are directly provided by them so I can use them with ease.but when I insert this bsnl 3g sim no access point are their.but I knew how to do after adding apn no 2g or 3g was there.i mean no internet connection?i called customer care but they said my phone is not supported.wtf pleat help.i have enabled my data in settings.

Please check if you have enabled the APN - there is a radio button that needs to be selected for the APN to be selected and enabled

Just manually add the APN details. The APN for BSNL is 'bsnlnet'

I have done this already.nation problem is when we do this and leave the settings and connection is on after that showing E on the network but here our doesn't show this.i waited re booted but nothing no connection though all things are right in pace

Just delete all access points on device and enter Bsnlnet as apn and rest as it is.

Then enable it.it should work.

Actually I have done this but after they no internet connection showing me for long time and when I do this for my samsung galaxy fit it insanely do it within few seconds.don't know whats wrong
 
I suggest you reset the phone.

Like full factory format.

Maybe some thing wrong with it.

Have you out any custom or anything new?

Have you installed any app for apn and all?

Not really any application as you said.butt this is ridiculus.airtel works like charm buy third one ducks
 
I knw it work fine in other phone because motorola phone doesn't accept or give some issue for sim which has schretchs on goldern part
