Help: Hotspot to DDWRT

I was using BSNL broadband & downloading the files in Pen drive connected to Asus RTn13u (DD WRT) but now I bought myself lyf handset.

How to configure router so that I am able to download in pen drive through lyf handset hotspot.

I am able to configure it as Client.
But I have following issues..
1) I can use internet via LAN only
2) How can I download data into pen drive without keeping lappy ON.

Firstly, do you want to use both internet service providers? You may need a dual WAN router. Else, some VLAN work on the N13 is needed.

Secondly, if you just want to use Jio, just connect to the Jio hotspot. But the WiFi and LAN networks will be on different subnets.

I suspect that in client mode the pen drive facility will still be available.

1) I just want to use Jio Hotspot --> DDwrt Router>Mobile via WAN and PC via LAN
2) I configured the router as client.
In Router: Status>Wireless...I can see Jio Mac ID...It indicates its connected
3) As soon as I remove LAN cable from router, downloading stops.
4) I can't see router in wifi available
