@alexiares20z I'll recommend you to get a Non-Overclocking rig as your budget is less for that.

This is what you'd have to get to overclock,The Pro+Mobo combo itself eats your budget-

If you want to play games @High settings then you'd go for HD7770 considering your gaming reso by compromising i5 2400,If you can compromise little eye candy then HD7750+A Quad Core i5 2400 seems to be a good choice.
