Help!! LAN HUB LOCK

this is the situation, i am a dormer in a dormitory..and i have an active broadband internet connection..the problem is,anyone can use my internet just by taking out the LAN cable and insert to their port..is there any program that can LOCK the LAN Hub..it's just that i'm the one paying but anyone can use my internet for free..can someone help me??pls...:( :(
 
Please give some details about your setup and configuration ?

Almost every kind of internet access needs log-in system, don't u have any ?!!

what do you mean? setup and configuration of my ISP provider?
