Help me buying a mobile phone !

Need to buy a mobile phone for the better half. I don't know what all models are there these days.All i know is that i am looking for a phone in a strict budget below 10K. The few features that i am looking in the phone are:

Sleek and trendy

MP3 Player(Dedicated keys preferred).

Decent camera

Preferably a metallic body

Sturdy

Pass me the model nos along with the expected price.

I gifted my sister a Nokia 5310 & she loved it just the volume is a little low :)

hmm true, but in 10k all SE phones same screen size. E51 is more a bussiness phone.
if he want a music player and a decent camera in phone then K790 is for him as I am skeptical about LG/Samsung
 
Skip sony g502, seems to have some paint problems. . Some of the nice choices are
5220 music fr 8k and 5310 fr 9k. Both are very sleek. And rock solid in reception , call quality and music. But the negative is speaker volume in both.
 
nokia 6300 and motorola l9, even rokr e8.... also ifu can do without a metallic body, you can go for nokia 3600 slide.. pretty good phone
 
I would suggest K790i, amazing value for the price....camera is the best in its class, music quality is decent....though now quite old, but i would say its still sleek....
 
^^ it is not good looking, neither does it have a metallic body and nor is it in any way sleek or slim....

these were Switch's criterai for the phone....

for general usage though nothing beats it at that price
 
I'd suggest W810i, if you looking for good music + cam. It's still the most vfm phone in that budget.
 
None of you seem to give opinions on the newer pieces. The W and K series are gold, but old, still.

As I have been using k750 modded to W800, the OS sometimes oversmarts me and I am left amazed at the money I spent for it. I love that thing, and don't find a need to buy a yet another SE phone with the same OS with some new blings. That's my opinion. I still like SE phones, but still the same non-smart OS everywhere... sony? S-:

That's my opinion on k7xx, k8xx and w8xx.

I'm leaning more towards all metal body E66, as slick and sturdy it can go. But not sure about it's OS, as I haven't had symbian in hands for long.

But it could be worth to look at E66, Switch.

Reviews state it good at most things except a 2.5mm jack.
