if u wana oc get a C2D for sure u just need to streach ur budget for a good oc mobo and cpu

E2140 can OCs up to 3 GHZ - do not have personal experience but read the same (can't remember source)

already oced to 3 ghz on stock cooling and voltage

E2140 M0 FSB wall is between 400MHz and 425MHz usually, so 3.2-3.4GHz. Mine is stable upto 435, didnt tried higher, dont wanna give vCore above 1.40 :hap2: .

For 3GHz U dont even need to touch vCore, so no need of aftermarket cooler.

E2140 can OCs up to 3 GHZ - do not have personal experience but read the same (can't remember source)
