i need to buy a monitor ((22" or 24"),TN or IPS)
basically i will be using this monitor for gaming,graphics designing(PS etc) n 3d modelling(3dsmax etc),Writing game code(programming), and for movies etc as well...
budget -> ~13k or less ...
 
The Dell U2311 seems to suit your requirements and the budget as well. Buygamingstuff seems to be taking orders for the LCD ATM. Drop him a PM. :)

PS: It is an IPS panel btw.
