Budget 41-50k Help needed to build/upgrade a gaming pc

Below is my current Pc which is fine at playing games at 1600x900 without much of a problem after tinkering with settings.So could you suggest me any upgrades/redo over this pc which could be future proof and could play games at Full HD without dropping Frames.Will it be fine to just upgrade the GPU to a more powerful one or Later Upgrade mobo and CPU? Or do i need a full upgrade!

Where are you getting "Processor Intel Core i5 6500 for Rs. 13,800" from? I paid nearly 17k on Amazon.in about a month ago :D

Thanks for the suggestion! Do I really to change psu & cabinet to move into skylake? I could allocate that to get a 970?
 
Your budget is pretty high so I would suggest you to wait for the release of Pascal from Nvidia then decide accordingly.
 
a gpu upgrade will be more than enough but
the r9 280 is still a good card and any upgrade would be in the gtx 980/ r9 fury class of gpus which are still pretty pricey.
new chips will be out around june-july so i would suggest waiting. (i have a 280x and that's what i'm doing)
