Help on invisible watermarking

i got a project on invisible watermarking....
have googled a little but did not get how to start the project...

if anyone had worked on this project or is working on this ,please help me get a start....

all i know is
1.break video files into frames..(any free software available ???)
2.add watermark(have to write code), dont know which language to use...
3.join the frames back to form the video..

good link and application is cool but i dont need a readymade software..

i need to write code for watermarking and to break into frames i can use an application....

You could try using a simple bit plane slicing code in matlab. Look up stegnography on google.
