help regarding motorola razor v3

freinds i got a moto razor v3 with blue tooth ,but my computer has got no blue tooth transceiver .do i need to purchase blue tooth transceiver.if yes kindly give me some details regarding blue tooth transceiver or can i transfer data using usb cable.If yes how what is the software available?
 
A bluetoth dongle would come for around 250-300bux, and it would come with a cd with the drivers and the software required to transfer data and connect via phone :)
