Graphic Cards Help Reqd : Graphic card for HTPC + Occasional gaming

I am looking for a GC for an HTPC (w/ HD audio passthrough from HDMI port) + a VGA support for touch screen (either from the M/B (Is this possible while HDMI port is enabled) or from the GC itself). I would prefer 1GB DDR5 RAM for the GC.

Which one do you all suggest? Thanks in advance.

Budget could be around 80-130$. Source : friend coming from US.

Both have 1GB DDR5, Display port, HDMI and DVI (Can be converted into VGA via adapter).

Would recommend Sapphire as I think it's the only brand which has the slightest chance of having international warranty.

Grab a HD5750 GREEN edition from PowerColour, or another branded passive HD5750.
