Help to choose best components for used Celron D 2.4ghz Processor

Hi,

My friend is having the below.

cpu:Intel celron D 2.4Ghz(Intel® Celeron® D Processor 320 (256K Cache, 2.40 GHz, 533 MHz FSB) with SPEC Code(s) SL78P, SL7C4, SL7JV, SL7KX, SL7VW, SL87J, SL8HJ)
Mobo:some 845GL (Basant India Ltd. (BIL))

Can somone help me to create system to be used for surfing using the above 2 without monitor.

7K to 8K is max he is willing to spend.

RAM: Used 512MB DDR1 ~ .5k (New one for 1k~)

HDD: 500GB Seagate 7200.12 ~ 2k / 250GB Seagate 7200.12 ~ 1.7k

DVD R/W: LG/ Samsung/ Sony IDE Drive ~ 1.2k

Cabby: Cheap Zebronics or Iball with PSU ~ 1-1.5k

Keyboard+ Mouse: Logitech MMKB+ Mouse ~ 0.7k

Speakers: Creative A35 2.0 ~ 0.4k

512MB is good enough for XP for a basic browsing rig. If u have cash go for 1GB and it will make the system extra peppy.
