Motherboard - I have thought of the MSI P55-CD53 as a good option for core i5 in the budget.
Please suggest if there are any better options.

Please note :
My main purpose for the computer is GAMING
With this in mind, i would like to know if its better to go for
Intel Core i5 750 or AMD Phenom II X6 1055T or AMD Phenom II X4 955BE
(If its better to go for AMD please suggest motherboards.. I am very new to AMD)
I would be selling off the current mobo+procy+ram
(core 2 duo e7400 and 2*2GB transcend ddr2 667mhz ram --- both 1 year old with bill)
(mobo gigabyte 945gcmxs-2 2 years old.. no bill)
I would like to know how much i would get by selling the above components.
The budget mentioned above as 18k is considering : i have 15k in hand + app 3-4k i get for selling the above.
