Help with Prepaid SIM in Malaysia/Singapore

Hey guys, will be travelling to KL/SG next month and needed help with a couple of things..

1. Is there any prepaid SIM provider that works both in KL and SG (i.e. no international roaming rates)?

2. If not then what SIM cards can I get easily on arrival in either country.

3. What sort of data plans do these cards have and how expensive are they usually?

when i visited singapore two years ago.... i got a sim from retailer....instant activation... they just scan ur passport.... i go for m1 operator i think..... in 10 s$ i got 18s$ talktime.... dont exactly remember about tarrifs...
 
At KL airport you can buy a DIGI SIM card for RM20. They wont ask for any documents at all. The data charges are RM15 for 5 days or RM5 for a day. Unlimited 3G usage. Call rates are also like INR1.8/min to India.

Dont know about roaming into SG.

In singy m1 singtel and starhub are your options. Call rated are cheap, 8cents a min to India. Dial 02191 for m1, 01891 for starhub and 01791 for singtel

Service wise all are the same. Just choose whatever is available. However data rates are horrible regardless of service provider

All 3 service providers give iphone4 so everyone will have micro Sims /P
