I do not have much knowledge about these. If it is a normal behaviour I will leave it. I will just look at some info about the hygrometer.Says the hygrometer used is high accuracy and then quotes a tolerance of +/-5%. That is not high. That is average. The one I use has an accuracy of +/-2%

Yeah, there is no way to calibrate it. You have to go with what they give you. Trust it's calibrated out of the factory.This is the manual found in the net attaching herewith
