And also any idea about its cartridge availability and cost and volume for the aio.

Got some info.

1. there is a 220v model available
2. (from pcmag review) starter cartridge capacity: 500
Is this refillable to full capacity?
3. Replacement cartridge capacity: 2000
cost: no idea
 
Hey is the laser printer network ready ? And what is the cost of refilling the toners ? Is it as good as the hp laserjets ?

Check the links, already mentioned there. And yes Lexmark produces quality product not sure if as good as Xerox/Canon/HP. And these are monochrome.
 
I am interested in All in one. Just have these two questions:-
1. what is the cost of cartridges?
2. any cartridges will be provided with the purchase?
 
I am in for a Laser too...

but need to know wether we can replace the toner cheaply using local sources....

what type of toner they use??...
