Indiaplaza are cheaters ...they never deliver the products....and their coupon are like ...500 coupon can be used on min purchase of 2500

It happened to me once when I ordered a Dell laptop from them and it was never delivered to me...and money refund process took more than a month

well, not really. i had pretty good experience with them buying books and a htc p3400. usually ship through TNT/DTDC.

never bought a laptop though. coupons always have a minimum purchase there though.
 
^^ Yeah, I also have the pleasant experience. At least they are far better than indiatimes, rediff shopping crap..
 
Indiaplaza.in has improved a lot over past few months. Now they even have online customer issue tracking system. I have experience with ordering only books, though.
 
My experience has also been very good. Infact I only use indiaplaza and ebay for my online purchases.

Had bought an emegency light. Was not satisfied. Indiaplaza picked up the product from my place and I got the refund within 7 days.

Well I don think that's cheating. They did refund you the money right? Refunds often take more than3 weeks. I once had same problem with levis too and mine took more than 45 days!
 
i dont think they are cheaters. I had bought quite a few stuff and was pretty happy. sometimes, they directly source them from the seller and seller will ship the items to us..and such things took more time.

but why they accept orders when they have no stock and you cam to know this after 3 weeks...that they do not have stock ...

well, indiaplaza has a lot of back to back orders to direct sellers. while that is certainly bad customer service and is not what i would want, it cannot be called a cheating/fraud.
 
I bought a canon a570 camera last march, with warranty from indiaplaza. Deal went smoothly, so I don't see any reason to suspect them on this deal.
