Less than 10K How bad are unisoc processors?

I need a cheap secondary phone for basic calls, WhatsApp, and a couple of finance apps. I'm looking for close to stock android, and was looking at the Nokia c01 plus, Nokia 2.3 and the motorola e32s.

The c01 plus has a unisoc chip that I've heard is terrible, but are they really all that bad? Will it do for the basic usage I have or will it still stutter and lag?

Also, does anyone know of a store to buy phones online except the usual Amazon/fk/croma/reliance?

Thanks

You can check the second hand store in fb or here for a phone. What is your budget? The chip should be fine if the only thing you are doing is calls and whatsapp. It slows down over time if you have many apps running in background

10k. I searched some more on this and apparently they're inefficient, and Nokia bundles a bunch of bloatware with the c01 plus. Thinking I'll just go with the e32s.
Also going to buy new only, not used.
