how can i download files

How can i download files using flashget,downloadmanager from sites like
rapidshare,sendspace...etc

not by using default downloaders provided by the browser bcoz it is having a threat of powerfailure.

there are workarnds which includes u to get the direct link to the server...but there are reports of files getting corrupted if u pause & resume the download...;)..
its' better off discussing here....& i dont use those little softwares....
