dude please give some more details, whats the current OS (ics/JB/KK) and what you want to upgrade to (4.x.x or 4.4.x)?
is your phone rooted ?? you need stock OS or custom OS ??

I think you should check the phone settings... It can be done by Firmware Over-the-Air (FOTA)
