What is the error you are getting?
If you're unable to find the PM option, it's called 'Start a Conversation' on the person's profile page.

It will be under the "Information" tab if you're looking at the person's profile page. Or you can just click on the username from the postbit like above.
 
I know it sounds stupid , but i am new to techenclave guys , i looked into the help section but could not find the way ...how do i send a PM to another techenclave member ?
 
LOL same here, couldn't find the option to send PM.

Member's profile -> Information -> Start a conversation
 
I use tapatalk and its quite simple in it. Select any post by the member and goto menu>start a conversation with. That's it.
