Just got a mail from prime suggesting this lcd for graphic purpose use

I had bought the 2217PWC back in june for 13.8k from Kolkata.

IMO, if the screen is ur preference over the additional features u now have many other better options in the same price range and even lower.

That said, i hav no complaints abt it....been running flawlessly since. Support is great as well. It carries a 3 yr warranty, and i recall, the very next day i had mailed AOC asking for a DVI cable....mail replied in 5 mins, and the cable reached me in 48hrs(free of cost) along with an "inconvenience regretted" letter...via courier from Bangalore.

Coming to IQ...i wud say, its not quite upto the mark.....washed out whites is the most visible of a few other minor issues...calibrating it is again a PITA.

The webcam is ok, microphone is useless and so r the speakers. The USB ports work fine though. The base supports height adjustments n swivel and works pretty good. The body kinda looks el-cheapo. Thats almost all of it.
