How many concurrent users is possible on Xbox game pass ultimate?

I will play on PC and my friend will try to play from Console using the same account. Would it be possible to play the same game on different platforms but using the same account?
Example: It takes two or any other game available exclusively in the GamePass.

I dont think thats a good idea. Sharing same account might lead to a ban. Although I have never tried it actually.
