How to access the playstation store & network in India?

hi,
i want to access the playstation store & PSN in India.I hv configured the wifi & can connect thru ps3 but is showing that both services are currently not available in India.So how to go about it? also how can i download the paid add on packs like that of gta 4 & burnout ?

As far as i know only bluray movies are region locked

Corrrect me if am wrong

For me games dw from US and Uk worked fine...

Yes , afaik if you download game add ons like map packs then the game disc should be from same region as well .

As for other stuff like demo's , theme's etc .. the one's from US store will work just fine .
