Android How to block ads in chrome on andriod phone ??

Several options are there.
You can try AdAway. You must be rooted for that. Blocks almost all ads, including browser ads.
You can try MinMinGuard (an Xposed Module). Again, has to be rooted. Blocks all in app ads, but not browser ads.
And there's something called Mother of Ad Blocking or something, I haven't tried it yet personally, but you can just make an XDA search.
I prefer MinMinGuard, cause blocking browser ads could sometimes be annoying, as it sometimes block some websites too, or some captcha in a website etc., you gotta put them in whitelist to be able to access them, continuously adding sites under Whitelist could be tiresome and frustrating. Other than that AdAway is a solid ad blocker.
