[IC] stage :
1. Start an [IC] (Interest Check) thread
2. Specify a definite time period for interested members to confirm e.g. 5 days, 10 days. NO infinite time period threads allowed!
[GO] stage :
3. Report thread to Mods to ask them to convert to a [GO]
4. Collect payments, place order with source, ship orders, etc.
5. Close thread

- Only 1 [IC]/[GO] thread per dealer source allowed per month. Any more requires prior mod approval.
