I read this I need to be privileged member to edit posts. I was a privileged member before this forum got upgraded. Now i am upgraded member?

Any help?

PS: move this to which ever thread is suitable. couldn't find any.

#dragonball, is it really necessary to start a thread, just for your edit query. Instead you could have tried to edit your own post. If YES, then you have editing rights, else NO

ofcourse, it was necessary. And fyi, i did try to edit my own post, and was unable to do so. Hence my question is, why was I a 'privileged member' earlier and now a 'upgraded member'? I believe earlier there was an option to select one of these. Now i cant find such option in profile settings.

Earlier the the member title did not matter so you can keep any custom words too but now there is a separate field for that and the member title is given automatically based on the no of posts you made . 500+ posts in technical threads will give you the privileged member title.

We can edit our post only for one time only
