How to enable facebook disabled account.

My facebook account has been disabled due to violation of community standards. I dont know how to enable my account which i have been using for so long on daily basis. I have posted the ss that I see when I try to login. Can anyone help me

from web: As long as you didn't violate Facebook's community policies, you can easily submit an appeal to recover your disabled account. Once you provide your name, proof of identity, and an explanation through the form, Facebook will decide whether they'll restore your account.
You can submit more information here for up to 30 days after your account was disabled. After that, your account will be permanently disabled and you will no longer be able to request a review
