I have a Dell Inspiron 14 Laptop which I bought last month. I want to purchase extended warranty. How can I do that?

I called Dell support. Got connected to an executive after waiting for 10 minutes. She said she will transfer the call to concerned department. Didn't get connected to an executive even after waiting for 30 minutes. Dell support is worse than the mobile phone customer cares.
Is it possible to upgrade warranty? What is the price?
