last year I had purchased a simple security camera with a hope that
I can get the stream through a web browser. I have been trying few
methods from the web but could not achieve my purpose ...

camera : zebronics zeb smart cam 100

few of links which I've been trying :

china-ip-camera-configuration-firmware
ip-cameras-default-passwords

while connecting through Android app , it says starting encrypted channel.
packet capturing shows a different amazonaws server every time.
looks like Tuya smart home technology is used (security certificate for tuyain.com)

can someone help me with it please ... I do not care its security
as camera will be focused on road to track rain water logging ...

Thank You

What is the main ask here, you can watch with Android app, you can watch from web browser?

Got it, you do not want to install 'Zeb Home" seems like a lot of effort as you already have seen that it is using different urls "amazonaws server" for each new session

^ there should be a method to view stream through web browser.
unable to get feed's actual url, even if it changes per session ...

Thank You.

Check if the camera supports ONVIF protocol, so that you can use rtsp.

Try these username and password with local ip.

Try connecting the cam to wifi with no internet, or just unplug the Wan from router for testing. See if app can still stream locally or if needs internet for streaming.

Most ISPs use a NAT-ed setup where the same public IP may be assigned to thousands of customers. You should be aware that you may not be able to directly connect to your router using the public IP which you can solve by using a tunneling mechanism like a VPN or ngrock/cloudflare tunnels.
