How to pay for Items shopped on ebay usa

Since paypal is the only way to pay there (or so it seems). I cant seem to be able to transfer money from my HDFC bank to my paypal account.
My debit card does not allow for online transfers. Net safe isint working with paypal.. because of the 24 hour validity.

Please guide me, how do I proceed ?
 
So HDFC netsafe won't work with Paypal ? :( I remember someone saying it works...

edit : I think it was varkey, need to confirm with him..
 
^ Netsafe works. You just have to create a new Netsafe card for the desired amount, add it to PayPal and make the payment using that.
 
So first we add balance to paypal account & using using that we buy product ?

or just use netsafe VCC during check out ?

EDIT: so I cant actually have money in my paypal. All its doing is redirecting the amount to my netsafe card ?

Wil it require any verification for the card ?
 
You cannot add money to your account (even if you had balance you cannot use it for making payments using an Indian PayPal account) using a credit card. Just add the card and make the payment. You need not complete the verification process again with the new NetSafe card.

Wouldn't Netsafe generate new card everytime ? or I am wrong here ?

^ Yes, add the card to your PayPal account.

Yes it will be a new card with a different number but once your account is verified, its done. You need not do it every time you add a card.
