Hi,
I am not very technical in computers.
Few days back, my system was not able to boot. The Dell customer support on phone informed me that the HD has crashed and needs to be replaced.
Now I have got the new HD. Please guide, how to recover the data ? Its around 60-90 GB.
Some computer literate people said me that its not the HD, but the OS has crashed. Laptop is working fine with the new HD.
Details - SATA HD 160 GB
