How to transfer ABOF bucks to bank account?

Friend ordered from site, I can open his account, They issued refunds as Abof bucks, i cant find a option to transfer them to bank account,

No, abof Gift card balance cannot be encashed into a bank account. Once balance has been added to the gift card, it must be used within the expiry period to make a purchase on abof.com.

so they are forcing people to buy from them only or money is gone after some time. must be some new startup that does not know how things work in retail.

If the order was done via netbanking or credit or debit cards, it should refund to the source account and not as abof bucks. In such a scenario, contact the customer care and ask for explanation. If the order was done using the abof bucks, I don't think it can be encashed.

it was done using cash on delivery, The refund was processed as ABOF bucks, which we are trying to transfer to bank account, The amount is 3500, I went through their support site but found no info about it
