How to transfer photos from computer to Ipad?

How to transfer photos from computer to Ipad . I am very much noob in itunes thing.

1. Collect all the photos you want synced to the iPad in one folder and remeber its location.

2. Fire up iTunes and connect your iPad, let it sync.

3. Select iPad in the left menu, then navigate to Photos section from the top bar.

4. Check sync photos. If you put the photos in the default iTunes folder, then they'll get synced automatically, or you could just point iTunes to the folder which you selected.

Thnx got it to work . I was doing same thing but was not syncing so atlast i uninstalled itunes and reinstalled it worked.

One question how to play avi, xvid filles on ipad. Converting is pretty much time consuming , so i want free player which can play avi files.

Hit Explore.. Then Browse and locate the Pictures then Copy & Paste them.

To Copy & Paste:

Right click the Pic > Copy..

Right click a blank space where you want it > Paste.

For videos on a non-JB iPad, the Glite Player is a good free option.

are you sure its the right method? - maybe this works only for pics because i remember once i copy pasted mp3 songs in a ipod shuffle and it dint work
