How to upgrade android 2.2 to 2.3 for DELL XCD35?

Can u throw somelight on how to upgrade my DELL XCD35 (ZTE BLADE) with android 2.3 which currently working on 2.2, without violating the warranty given by the manufacturer

You can't upgrade it without losing warranty as Dell hasn't officially offered (and probably never will) a GB update to the XCD35. You can, however, flash a custom GB ROM such as Ginger Stir Fry or even CM7. Check out forums like Modaco and CyanogenMod for more details. This will void your warranty, though.
