How to use VPS ?

I want to know how to use a VPS [Cent OS]. It is running SolusVM panel, now I want to install Kloxo [or whichever you guys suggest, but it should be free / open source. ]

Webmin will also do for control panel. Most of us are familiar as we used it on pogoplugs and dockstar.

I tried webmin once on a VPS and its easy and easy to find help just by googling

tried to see Kloxo demo but damn port blocked in college
