Forum Feedback How to watch a thread when creating it with email notifications automatically?

Whenever I create a thread, it is automatically set to watch the thread.

However email notifications are disabled.

To enable email notifications, I need to unwatch the thread and then watch it again, this time enabling the email notifications.

How do I get the email notifications to be activated by default?

mail notification also gets enabled for the replies posted to others' threads !!
