As many of you know i have been struggling around to get a good deal, though some very nice fellows pour-in their suggestions(over here), incidentally while struggling a reseller of our company offered me a sleak deal :D Though i do not like hp, still as being a business laptop and on-site warranty lured me towards the deal.

HP 530 BUSINESS LAPTOP - Intel Core 2 Duo T5200 (1.6Ghz, 533MHz FSB, 2MB L2 Cache) /15.4" Widescreen Bright View Screen/ 1024 MB DDR 2 667MHz RAM / 160 GB SATA HDD @ 5400rpm / DVD +/- RW / Integrated Wireless 802.11a/b/g / Integrated Graphics Media Accelerator 950 upto 224 MB shared system memory / Ethernet 10/100/ Touchpad / Li-Ion Batt / DOS / 4 cell battery / 01 Year Onsite Warranty - Price - < 32K

How's the deal ?

EDIT: For those who don't know about the history i need the laptop for basic usage such as office applications, casual music, casual gaming and internet.

12 years old :)

battery life is very imp to me, during presentation and driving back to home... i have asked to get the quotation with 6 cell battery atleast..

The deal is ok, not really standing apart though. But have a look at the Dell Vostro 1510 before deciding. It has a faster processor and 6 cell battery in addition to all the features of the HP one that you are interested in. It is a notch costlier but maybe worth a look.
