Not to be rude but you're expecting too much for a 2 core 2 thread CPU and 4GB RAM laptop that's nearly 10 years old. Granted you probably had to spend some money to get this refurbished but it isn't worth the asking price at all, people have sold better specs at lesser price. A 1st gen intel core CPU will be better performing.
You seriously need to reconsider the price of the laptop. Just my advise and opinion.

Not disputing what you are saying. Just that I enquired locally and they are offering 2K as scrap value for the laptop - dead condition (just the body parts without HDD).

So thought to add some premium to that for a working laptop if anyone needs.

Noted your suggestions though. Thanks.

Its a standard practice for outdated laptops. My friend who paid 30k for his laptop, some used dealers in Nehru Place asked for 3k max. The laptop was not dead but some part of the hinges were broken.
But instead of giving it to scrap dealers I'd like to take it if you decide to sell it lower. I need to use some of the parts of that laptop. I don't want the keyboard/mouse though.

Still open to offers. No deal finalized yet.
Reducing price further by 2.5K to 5,500 rupees for the Laptop. Buyers risk, no testing warranty.

Probably the last price drop. Will decide to either keep it or sell it as scrap @ 2K if no one matches the expected price.

Logitech MK270r Wireless Keyboard & Mouse (Separately selling) for 1,000 Shipped.

Withdrawing this sale. Decided to keep and use the Laptop till the prices of PC parts come down to normal levels.
