I just want to gush about Noctua's customer service.

I had ordered a C14s from Pabgb 2 weeks ago. Came to know from their manual that I could request for different fan sized fan clips and vertical mount brackets (for AM4) if I wrote to them. Within 4 hours of me having sent the email, they had dispatched all the optional parts I had asked for, free of charge. Heck I wasn't even aware that they had sent me the tracking code until 2 days later.

And it reached me on the 8th day. All the way from Austria.

This is unparalleled customer service and its crazy. Makes me feel the premiums on their products are totally worth it. My cousin just got his D14 replaced 4 years in. How often do you hear of things like that? The 6 years warranty on their coolers is no joke for sure.

this is not something new with NOCTUA as well as Corsair in many cases, they both always go an extra mile to give the best possible in the sale and after-sales service to their customers

same I can say for EVGA, Seasonic, and a bit about NZXT as well at least from my personal experience

Makes me feel the premiums on their products are totally worth it
