CPU/Mobo I Need a 12 Core CPU HELP Android & Server Guys Pop in.

I am developing a Consumer Oriented Application
I need to Compile Android Source Code and port to my device.

My requirements are
12Core CPU
16GB Ram
64bit OS Ubuntu

For 12 Core's Yes i need a Server Processor i.e Intel Xeon Processor ( I searched intel's product line but there is no 12Cores Cpu only 4/8 Available ) -> do i need to buy them and unlock the core's.

Please help me Guys i need to setup this Soon

Intel Core2Quad Q6600 2GB RAM (4 Cores).

There is no Intel 12 Core CPU yet.... You have 2 options.

1.) Buy a motherboard that supports 2 Intel Xeon Processors & Purchase 2 Intel Xeon 8 Core Processor & get 16 Core total.
2.) Buy AMD Opteron Magny-Cours 6168 G34 1.90 GHz 12 Core 115 Watts Processor. approx 55k + Supported Motherboard extra.

I am not sure why you need 12 Cores, One of my Client create android applications & his work gets done on a quad core Xeon.
