CPU/Mobo i5 Config Suggestions

Hello,
Can anyone please suggest an i5 config under 40K
Will be using it mainly for Sound recording/editing ,Gaming (casual)
and Software Development.I have my own Sound Card so no need to add it to the config.

an AMD quad core config wud be better...with the Athlon II X4, at least the rest of the components of the PC will be quality and not the cheapest u get..

this will come around 49~50k if u got extra 10k more u better get this one... as performance margin is so much high.....

price may slightly vary....
 
Go for amd rig.
In a tight budget of 40k dont go for i5 or else ur gpu will be too weak

Adds to about 40.5 K.I plan to upgrade RAM in near future and the intel board seems pretty cool at this price..what say?
 
superb cpu...pathetic(comparitively) GPU...

why do people spend more on CPU when they shud be spending more on the GPU instead>>>>
