transcend casing is good but here in TE the price is always more than the local dealers for no reason u can get it for 1750 in delhi also there is no esata bracket comes with it like there in the rosewill

avoid importing stuff just for the sake of little bargain, u can always buy esata bracket locally. Why take a chance with paid/ no local warranty and spend more? U can also look out for cooler master casing...it has esata bracket and all cables required.

exactly mate but ur not getting the point for the transcend products almost no 1 take the responsibility ..........if any1 get the (replacement of say a corrupt external transcend hdd 2.5" gimme a call man ) transcend products are being imported illegally by hell lot of parallel importers and yea are dealers taking the responsibility of replacing and giving the warranty like they claim 2-3 years n all that----Just ask them they will say ask the distri and give u the number that is how it goes u know. thats y if ur being robbed either by a straight way or a u-turn y not taking the straight way. y waste the energy

hmm that might be true.. so better start hunting cooler master casing locally. It used to be cheaper too, I bought it last yr for 1.5k from amarbir.

Bringing stuff from abroad costing less and more spending more on shipping alone isnt a good idea. And i doubt u/ anyone shall be shipping it back to USA just becoz KMD is capable of doing so. It wont be practical incurring cost of 2 way shipping, local shipping and again custom duties. So either way its likely that u wont get warranty whether u buy transend casing locally or rosewill imported. But i can at least shout at the door of local shop if it doesnt work in a months time or so. U cant do that with KMD...
