Had enquired Black/Blue first.....only this one available as of now.

Was quoted 4.7k(local) for the Black one but it aint available.and i dont believe their waiting games anymore-tends to extend at their discretion.

WD10EACS is a 5400rpm drive which could be either 3 platter or 4 whereas WD10EADS is 7200rpm 3 platter drive

WD10EADS is much more VFM then WD10EACS. The only advantage of WD10EACS is that it runs very cool and quite, power consumption would be marginally different

Mohit i think all green ACS & ADS are variable rpm 5400-7200

only diff in acs & ads is 16mb vs 32mb cache for the latter.

Correct me if i am wrong also no point in this go for bombay chaps hdd is avail for 4975/- here. ADS 32mb 5 years warranty.
