Has any used the idea net setter wireless internet connection.It has got speed of 234.6 kbps and the guy told me download speed will be 25kbps.

Any reviews will be helpfull since i m thinking of buying it

yeah, download speed can be about 22-27kbps...

Same speed I used to get on tata indicom plug2surf..

Yes you can easily get speeds of just over 20KBps if the signal strength in your area is good. These USB cards are EDGE class 12 devices.

My E51 is class 32 EDGE and I get over 25Kbps speeds at all times.

Cant really say if they are good for torrents coz I torrents clients never used to work for me. However while using the opera torrent client I could download easily. RS on the other hand works flawlessly at around 30KBps

Even airtel has come up with USB internet device and their charges are around 500rs pm for unlimited .But the guy told me speed will be around 15 kpbs only.
