Others are failing to even copy properly. Is it that every other country that has a lower per capita GDP than China has too much ethics, or too much intellectual pride to copy ? No chance.

Hollywood was established because they wanted to avoid patents of European technology companies - in a way, "copying" inventions without paying for them. Nearly all famous Shakespeare literature has plots copied from Dutch, French or Italian literature.

Yeah, lots of Chinese stuff is pathetic. But it is sour grapes syndrome to attribute Chinese success to merely copying.

Thanks for the link. Ended up watching more of her videos. She presents facts really really well.
