Image Burning Along With A File

I wanted to know, how do i burn an img onto a dvd along with another file,???

Use any image editing software like Ultra-Iso, add/append the file to the image and then burn the New Image.

Along with another file in the sense ? I guess you want to burn a copy of cracked .exe along with a game iso ?

Download magicISO and put the .exe in a new folder inside the ISO file and then burn it.
