Hi,
I'd like to bring to your notice the blatant disregard to providing a semblance of a service which in2Cable is indulging in.
They have horrible connection speeds, reliability, support and technical knowhow and were arrogant and over charged me like mad.
I did connection uptime and speed analysis and found that they were providing around 30% of what they were charging me for.
Moreover, there is this huge danger of your cable modem getting infected if you are on their network. This is not a joke. This is real. Two of my modems were infected by the in2Cable network.
I have written a semi-disclosure of my findings at:
Lingering Statements in the Dark
They are using a billing and invoicing software from 24Online which allows them to strong arm consumers. This is also causing blatant connection theft and they are totally unsympathetic about it.
I strongly urge all users to boycott in2Cable. They are also paying the local politicians and cable modem operators not to allow other players in your area.
I think us Indians should take a stance as consumers and let our numbers speak for themselves.
